Story starts from the inner city ghetto of West Delhi, Lucky, a  Sikh kid,  becomes one of the most wanted master thieves of India with
tens of millions loot,  for a glamorous lifestyle, cars, women, and a fan following whichis saw & dreamed & ofcouse take a short cut…
Over the movie goes on we see Lucky form his worldview - beg, bowwrow,steal -  He choose Just to steal it.
A Bangali  friend  introduces to a man who changes the life, Gogi Bhai -
who’s a fence for stolen goods.

Lucky rapidly rises to become Gogi’s star operator. Through him Lucky meets a host of characters who will define who he will become including Dolly, Gogi’s aggressive,
hard bitten star dancer and her college going, quiet younger sister Sonal with whom he begins a tentative romance. Lucky’s independent nature, insatiable ambition and hunger
for the unreachable accelerate his path in crime and matters are brought to a head by a pivotal act of betrayal that scars Lucky for life and sets him off into a new trajectory of life.

Lucky’s journey develops himself  into a  playboy who now wants more than just the money, he needs the respectable name , with the social standing of a gentleman.

The second half is about a well off  thief  will also steal a greeting card, a teddy bear and
a  family photograph - why?

 
Rajshree Production Ltd has more to say with this wedding story - Ek Vivaah Aisa Bhi.  this movie  is too full of messages about family values and responsibilities towards the family.

 
The movie starts with Anuj (Vishal Malhotra) getting married and his sister Chandini’s (Eesha Koppikar) flashback on how she met and fell in love with her boyfriend Prem (Sonu Sood). She was supposed to get engaged to Prem & at this moment of happiness her father (Alok Nath) passes away, leaving behind major responsibility of looking after the little members of the family who are very young & canoot take care of their own.

Left with no choice but to take care of her siblings, Chandini postponds her marriage and singing career. She start her living by starting a singing school at her residence. Prem, in the meantime patiently waits for Chandini, for 12 years of waiting endlessly, Anuj the youger lad finally grows & ready to take responsibility of the household, but here a twist he marries a rich well off girl and leaves the house with his wife. Chandini with no complaints resumes her singing lessons & goes for her next responsibilities for her younger sisiter. By now Prem’s mother is fed up with the long wait and request both to separate & request chandani to convence Prem to get married & forget her since she has made him wait long.Further watch the movie to know the real pain of Love…

 

 Prem is rich (he roams around in fancy cars and even owns a company), so he can easily help Chandini out. Instead he chose to wait while she struggles, reason chandini does not wont any favours in the  manner of so called beg, borrow & steal.

 

The first half is kind of slow & lots of songs which might bug you (must be all those songs) though the pace picks up in the second half. Music here is not as catchy as in the previous Rashree outings.

 Performance- the entire cast has done a decent job.

Synopsis

A new trivial concept is elabrated to the extent of its snapping of debutant director Jaideep Varma’s so called simple comedy ‘Hulla’.

The movie says the story of a stockbroker Raj Puri ( Sushant Singh ) who is not sleeping at night because of the night-watchman in the housing society he’s just moved into who keeps blowing whistles in the midnight. Even though Raj’s wife thinks Raj is over-reacting, the sleepless Raj takes up the matter with the building’s secretary Janardhan ( Rajat Kapoor ).
Janardhan( Rajat Kapoor ) is a loser in life who’s constantly at the receiving end of his wife’s taunts, Janardhan the chairman of the society, he make a point that his power and he won’t let any new resident commer change the way things operate with the society.
Raj’s nightmare only worsens, thanks to his over-noisy neighbours. Gradually his life is goes for a toss and he is driven to the point of paranoia (disease)

Rajat Kapoor with Sushant Singhtogether rise above the film’s script to deliver performances that keep you some smile. Kartikadevi Rane as Sushant’s wife has a small role which she plays efficiently.

The director shows audacity in picking a mundane, yet relatable, subject and stretching it to a full-blown story. If only he had built some plot progression in the second half and if only he had gotten rid of unnecessary sub-plots.
